BHHC provides a competitive product for residential general contractors who truly specialize in building custom homes. We are not a market for general contractors building new condominiums, town homes or tract home subdivisions.
Commercial General Contractor Program
Our commercial general contractors program covers risks that specialize in light commercial/ mid-size building construction. We are not a market for general contractors building new condominiums, town homes, or tract home subdivisions.
Roofing Contractor Program
BHHC offers insurance for mid-sized commercial or residential roofing contractors. We are not a market for roofers that have been or are currently involved in new condominium, town home or tract home subdivision projects. (This does not apply to re-roofs).
Specialty Trade Contractors Program
Our specialty trade contractors program offers small commercial or residential trade contractors the coverage they need at an affordable price.
