Texas Health Care Network

Effective January 1, 2022

In Texas, we partner with Prime Health Services Inc. for our approved Texas Health Care Network (HCN) to provide care for Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies injured workers. All medical treatment must be provided by in-network providers. For emergency care, if you are injured at work after normal business hours or while working outside the service area go to the nearest care facility.

The HCN utilizes P&S Network, a certified Utilization Review Agent for all of our Texas claims.

In Texas, coverage is provided in all counties with the exception of:

• Culberson
• Jeff Davis
• Presidio
• Brewster

If your injury location is within any of these counties above go to the nearest care facility.
